Digital products (PDFs/downloads): All sales are final once the files are delivered.
Exceptions: If you experience download problems or receive a corrupted file, contact hello@mybonsaistory.com within 7 days and we’ll replace the file. If we cannot resolve a verified technical issue preventing access, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Duplicated purchases: Email us and we’ll help.
How to request help: Include your order email, product name, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue.
